The Tale of C2E2 (Part 1)

The Kelly departed the village of Bloom on a bright sunny morn.  Much to his dismay as he boarded the iron horse, he discovered the only saddle he could secure without a traveling companion (The Kelly values not nearby companions) was of the smallest of nature.  This made access to his book of chrome difficult, but as with the many challenges he had faced, he persevered.

The iron horse had made peace with the goddess Wifi and this pleased The Kelly.  Upon arrival on the outskirts of the land of C2E2, he made camp the largest of iron horse stables. A man who honored his duties, he communed with the Conference of Call per obligations of his employ.  It appeared others had made camp there as well, but had to depart in haste

The highly reliable knights of Uber then spirited The Kelly to Lord Hyatt's castle that overlooked the Fields of McCormick and C2E2.  He arrived at the gates prepared for adventure.

The land of C2E2 was full of many shopkeepers.  Many of the wares appealed to The Kelly.  Many, many of the wares.

He reluctantly left the shops, promising to return, but he had larger business to attend to.  Past the cactus, a gift to all mankind, was Sir Mick of Foley.  Mick and The Kelly chatted warmly and Sir Mick inscribed his tome to commemorate the event.

The Kelly then hunted some wild Gyros that frequent the Fields of McCormick and dined. The Mad Scott, Baron Brave, had sent message that The Kelly should place the mark of House Snarkalec in the public square.  His will was done.

Later The Kelly gathered around the fires of many storytellers.  One of the C2E2 nobles, Lady Yaya, had chosen to celebrate the gathering by dressing as if she were a bat and posed for the crowds to observe her in her finery

After gathering around the final fire of the night, the evening ended with the thought that had plagued The Kelly all day...

"Do I want, or do I need, a horse head mask?"
