IE, Firefox, or Chrome

So IE still has over 65% of the browser market share, but Google appears to want to change that. This article deserves sharing simple due to the use of the term "microsoft-esque".

For me at home it is still Firefox and the use of their IE tab when needed. From some reason I think I would be cooler (low bar) if I used Chrome, but just not clicking for me yet.

Vista and Office

I lack the passion of many on this topic, but it is interesting to listen to those who do have strong feelings. There is probably some Democratic primary parallel here ("Vista can only win caucus states - it is sooooooo unfair" or something like that) , but I can't seem to frame up a good one.

Microsoft has an interesting approach in the labs right now trying to convert the 2-D world of your screen into a 3-D world of images. Kinda like the illegitimate offspring off Google Earth and Photoshop.

Microsoft's "Windows Principles" are definitely worth a read.

Seems like some sound thinking, but nearly every article I read on these introduced them as the "non-binding Windows Principles". One would expect that this was not a radomly chosen adjective.
